Seneca Falls Acupuncture was recently featured on the Finger Lakes 1 weekly podcast!

I did a live demonstration treatment for digestion, knee pain, and ankle pain.

I always appreciate the opportunity to do acupuncture on camera for an audience because I think seeing it in action helps a lot of people feel comfortable trying it later on.

You can tell from this demo that the patient, Ashley, is comfortable and relaxed even as needles are going in.

(Many thanks to Ashley for always being an outstanding demo patient, by the way!)

You can also see how thin the needles are. In fact, they’re so thin that it’s almost hard to see them on camera.

And Jim, the host, asked great questions as I did the treatment.

We talked about:

✔️ How acupuncture works for digestion
✔️ How acupuncture works for pain
✔️ Where do the needles go/ How do I know where the points are
✔️ How long do needles stay in
✔️ Do most people nap during treatment (yes!)
✔️ How many treatments are needed
✔️ And more

Hope you enjoy this snapshot of an acupuncture treatment!

Many thanks to Jim and his team at Finger Lakes 1 for hosting us on the show.
