What’s a hydrojelly mask?

Made from herbs and electrolytes like potassium, magnesium and sodium, these masks balance the skin and help heal its moisture barrier. Great question! Yes, you can sign up for a single Acupuncture Glow Facial treatment. The goal is brighter, moisturized skin that looks dewy and well-rested.
For longer-lasting, more significant results, the 10-session cosmetic acupuncture protocol is recommended. You can read more about that here.

Can I upgrade some or all of my standard cosmetic acupuncture treatments to the Acupuncture Glow Facial?

Absolutely. The Acupuncture Glow Facial is 30 minutes longer than standard cosmetic acupuncture. It is essentially a mask add-on.
This needs to be planned in advance as our schedule is very tight, so please let me know ASAP if you would like to upgrade any of your treatments.

I’m getting married and I want my skin to look bright and dewy on my wedding day! When should I get the Acupuncture Glow Facial?

Cosmetic acupuncture can occasionally cause small bruises on the face – we are working with needles (albeit very small ones), after all.

We strongly recommend that all cosmetic acupuncture sessions should be completed at least 3 weeks before your wedding. This gives the bruises time to fade entirely. Bruises are typically small and light in color, if they occur at all, but it’s best to play it safe!
